Talented singer-songwriter Chris Tavener graces the stage at The Carlton Tavern in Handbridge, Chester as part of a UK autumn tour to promote his latest EP ‘Easy Ways To Be Happy’, on the 4th of November.
Chris Tavener, known for his biting and witty lyrics, crafts his songs from the perspective of intriguing, yet imperfect characters drawn from the tapestry of 21st-century life. His punchy and upbeat tracks have garnered recognition from BBC 6 Music and various BBC Introducing stations.
Tavener’s live performances are nothing short of theatrical and he has shared the stage with notable figures like Super Hans, Tony Hadley, and Peter Hook. Not to mention, he has even penned songs for the legendary Sir Ian McKellen.
This talented musician has taken his captivating act all across the UK, Europe, and Ireland, with notable appearances at renowned festivals such as Glastonbury, The Great Escape, Latitude Festival, and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
